By clicking “REGISTER” on this form you agree to submit payment for the selected course, and pay, in full, the course fee at least 4 (four) weeks before the course start date.

Course registration deadline is 4 weeks prior to the course start date listed on our website.

Refunds for cancellations received in writing 4 weeks prior to course start date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total course fee.

If you register and do not attend, you will be liable for the full course amount unless we receive cancellation in writing 4 weeks prior to the course start date.

If you register after the course registration deadline, course fees are nonrefundable.

Attendance records will be provided to authorized staff upon request.
