General Ledger and Financial Reporter


This 3-day course covers everything from your initial set-up to year end in the General Ledger Module.  Participants will learn how to add accounts, budgets, process transactions and print reports.  Integration with sub ledgers is also covered along with month and year end procedures.  An introduction to the Financial Reporter Module is also provided.


Accounts Payable and Purchase Orders


This 3 day course focuses on the Accounts Payable and Purchase Order Modules.  Participants will learn how these modules integrate with Bank and Tax Services and the General Ledger Module.  Participants will be guided through the steps involved in setting up these 2 modules along with transaction processing (invoices, cheques, purchase orders), report generation and month and year end procedures.


Accounts Receivable


This 3 day course will cover everything from setup to year end in the Accounts Receivable module.  Participants will learn how to setup Customers and produce Invoices, Receipts and Statements.  Integration with Bank and Tax Services and General Ledger will also be covered, along with month end and year end procedures.
